EazyStock was created as an offshoot of the world-famous Syncron platform and has been continually developed ever since by a dedicated research and development team, ensuring that it is the best possible software solution that it can be. Below you will find a breakdown of the features that set EazyStock apart from its competition. DEMAND FORECASTING Accurate forecasting is the core ingredient of all inventory management, so over time inaccuracies will inevitably lead to excess stock or even worse a lack of it, which will ultimately send your customers straight to your competitors. DEMAND CLASSIFICATION It is inevitable that demand for a product changes throughout its lifecycle. That is why EazyStock categorises all products into nine predetermined demand patterns based on their maturity and characteristics. The software is then able to detect any fluctuations in the patterns at any given point in time and automatically adjust it accordingly. These calculations are formed by statistical forecasting algorithms, which result in highly accurate precision forecasting based on your previous inventory data. STOCKED AND NON-STOCKED EazyStock sorts all items into A, B or C categories based on their volume, value of annual usage, product value and frequency. EazyStock then determines which products you need in stock and which products you don't, dependant on your required service levels. This will optimise your product range over time as conditions change in your market place. All products are controlled by your system and the inventory parameters that you set, which optimise your stock levels. Any inventory and replenishment parameter data can then be fed straight into your ERP system to ensure a balance between service levels and working capital. NO NEED TO WONDER WHAT IF EazyStock gives you the chance to go beyond wondering 'what if' when it comes to your inventory. Thanks to its simulation engine, the software can show you the consequences of any scenario that you wish to run. This allows you to simulate and predict the impact of all your strategic changes in real-time by testing various parameter settings. REPLENISHMENT EXECUTION EazyStock is capable of producing optimised order proposals ever day, based on demand forecasts, safety stock, inventory policies, current stock levels, reserved stock, backorders and products on the way. In simple terms, the software ensures that the correct items are ordered in the correct quantities at the correct time. AUTOMATED REPLENISHMENT It is even possible to have order proposals automatically approved if various parameters are reaches like unit price and product groups. Having this set up means that EazyStock will only send you alerts regarding orders that should be manually reviewed.
