||Our client is looking for a professional, organised candidate to manage a portfolio of debt recovery cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their workload, researching individual cases to work out the best repayment plan, talking to clients on the telephone to undertake collections, ensuring all relevant paperwork is administered and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
You will need to be self-motivated, positive have excellent people skills, have good problem skills, be IT literate and have good attention to detail.
You will preferably have worked in credit control, or debt recovery, but a professional customer services person with the right attitude will be considered.
